This Data Usage Policy ("Policy") explains how Loop Smart AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and retains data when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as described in this Policy. 1. Types of Data We Use. We may process: account and contact information; service configuration and usage data; logs and device information; content you submit to the Services; and limited data from integrations you choose to connect. We do not sell personal data. 2. Purposes of Use. We use data to: deliver and operate the Services; personalize and improve functionality; provide support; ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and perform analytics to improve performance and reliability. 3. AI & Model Improvements. Where permitted and subject to applicable agreements and law, we may use de-identified and aggregated data to improve algorithms, features, and overall service quality. We do not use your customer content to train third-party foundation models unless explicitly authorized by you. 4. Sharing & Processors. We may share data with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), with professional advisors, and as required by law or to protect rights and safety. We require processors to implement appropriate safeguards and process data only under our instructions. 5. International Transfers. Data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions other than your own. We implement appropriate safeguards where required by law for cross-border transfers. 6. Security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. 7. Retention. We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. 8.
